Scope of Terms
- These terms apply to all services provided by Ok Adventure.
- By booking or purchasing services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Payment
- We require 30% payment at the time of the booking and 70% four weeks before arriving in Iceland. All prices include VAT and taxes.
- All parking fees and road tolls are included in the price.
- All admissions are excluded unless it’s specifically mentioned in the product description.
- Payment for our tours is made through secure payment (Rapyd).
- When you make the payment through the link the payment is charged to your credit card.
- We pledge to make that process as secure as possible.
Insurance
- We advise all our clients to have travel insurance.
- Ok Adventure guarantees the provision of booked services as described, except in cases of unavoidable circumstances.
- No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, changes in schedules or other crisis.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
- The customer must follow all guidelines and rules related to the services provided.
Personal belongings
- Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of a personal belongings.
Conditions
- Ok Adventure reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions.
- All programs can be changed or cancelled at any moment during the tour to assure safety
Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted to the company in writing within 5 days of the end of the trip.
- The company will aim to resolve issues fairly and respond within 5 days of receiving the complaint.
Jurisdiction
- All transactions and reservations made with Ok Adventure shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Icelad, and each of the parties submits on the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
